Job Summary
Essential Functions:
1. Establish short and long-term digital, social and traditional marketing campaigns.
2. Manage advertising schedule.
3. Establish process for reporting campaign performance.
4. Develop micro-campaigns for individual projects (i.e. season memberships, promo items, and group tickets).
5. Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
6. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and drive new fan acquisition, attendance and revenue.
7. Direct and perform research and market intelligence gathering.
8. Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
9. Create unique and memorable content for all email campaigns.
10. Design, layout, and send each email campaign.
11. Implement new strategies to grow email database.
12. Oversee the scheduling and execution of the social media accounts.
13. Use social analytics tools to measure social media engagement and growth.
14. Monitor and respond to social media messages in a timely manner.
15. Manage ad buy for print, tv, radio, and billboards.
16. Serve as point of contact for all marketing and advertising efforts.
17. Effectively communicate internally with all departments on marketing goals.
18. Assist with non-game events.
19. Other duties as assigned.
