Job Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Onsite:

- Work with tournament media staff to run and manage Communications office and Media Centre

- Handle all media requests relating to players and coaches at tournaments, including pre-event media days and post-match media. This will include moderating press conferences, TV and radio interviews, and social media content

- Execute the player appearance program at events, which includes iconic photo calls, feature interviews, wider PR opportunities and fan engagement initiatives (clinics, autograph sessions), to promote the tournament

- Proactive pitching to generate tournament storylines and narratives with local, national and international media

- Manage internal requests for onsite support (promotional lines to camera from players, quotes for website, specific player imagery)
