Job Summary

In need to fill in for the position of Full Time Client Service Representative who can take charge of various tasks like provision of excellent customer service to all clients, attend to guests’ issues, cross-sale opportunities exploration/initiation, execution of customer benefits, work with staff of Ticket Office to resolve queries and other related tasks. Applicants need to have bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of sales/customer relations experience.
