Job Summary
The position entails duties like proactive selling of new/renewal memberships, giving top notch customer service, using/growing referral program, operating of text system/web chat, and attending to other duties as needed. Applicants need to have excellent skills in communication with experience in business/marketing.
Responsibilities
- Proactively sell new & renewal Memberships and event registrations
- Provide best in class customer service to all current Members
- Utilize and grow the Player Referral program
- Operate online webchat and text system.
- Other duties as needed by Manager of Membership Sales & Service / COO
Experience/Skills
- Business/Marketing experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Goal oriented
- Result driven
