Baseball Coaching/Scouting Internship

Job Summary

Team BEAST is an amateur baseball organization which is nationally ranked.  Our front office structure is modeled around some of the most productive minor league baseball teams in the country.  Our baseball staff have either been front office personnel, baseball operations, or former players and coaches.  If you are looking for an authentic front office feel this is the place to get your start in baseball.  You will gain valuable knowledge and experience which will translate into full time employment with most baseball organizations around the country.  

Team BEAST is seeking motivated interns to fill numerous baseball coaching and scouting positions.  Some experience in amateur or college baseball is mandatory.  Any of the following is needed:

college baseball player

College softball player 

Previous coaching at a community organization 

Team manager for any college sport

Play evaluations experience 

Helped out in a college SID office   

Sports media experience 

Any previous MiLB experience

You will gain valuable coaching, player development, scouting, and baseball operations experience.  You can get a head start over the competition by coaching in big events now.  By the time you graduate college you can use this experience to springboard you into future HS or college coaching positions.  

You will learn from former and current MLB scouts, baseball operations personnel, and former MLB and college players.  It’s a great way to get your foot into the player development side of baseball.  Please send resume an cover letter along with a detailed explanation of why you want to work in baseball.  Please indicate if you are looking for a scouting position, coaching position, or both.  College credits will be granted if your school allows.
