Job Summary
- Players - Plan, deliver and review sessions which focus on the development of each child. Creating a positive and enjoyable environment to allow players to express themselves is essential.
- Coaches - Providing education and guidance to volunteer parent coaches to help engagement and retention.
- Clubs - Work with the club board to build long-term, sustainable soccer programs that benefit the local community.
