Job Summary
Required Education: Master’s Degree
Experience: At least five years of experience as an athletic trainer, demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with patients, coaches and educators, and relevant leadership/administrative experience. The Director must have a reputation for integrity, strong communication skills, be able to foster a civil and collaborative work environment, have experience and a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusive excellence, and the ability to advance the strategic plan of the College and University.
