Head Coach (Golf and Tennis)

Recruit, counsel and coach all student athletes participating in an assigned varsity sport.

Adhere to any and all NCAA, policies, rules, regulations, and operational procedures.

Organize and direct all activities of a varsity sport.

Counsel and advise student athletes with academic or personal problems.

Direct the recruitment of prospective high school athletes.

Supervise assistant coaches and athletic support personnel.

Assist in the scheduling of athletic contests.

Determine the amount and quality of equipment and supplies to be ordered.

Monitor all expenditures associated with varsity team budget.

Perform various community services and functions such as clinic and speaking engagements.

Instruct classes as assigned by the Department.

Perform related departmental duties as required.

Functional supervision may be exercised over assistant coaches and/or general support staff.
