Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Assist/Oversee in set-up and break down of internal and external athletic events
• Act as a game manager for various Athletic Events
• Act as site supervisor for various outside rentals
• Send out visitors guides on a weekly basis and be in communication with visiting teams on arrival time and their needs once they arrive on campus
• Assist in Facility scheduling for all of the athletic facilities
• Other projects and other responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant AD-Business/Internal Operations
