Job Summary
Role Summary
Work with Marketing Strategy team to assist with various marketing strategies and execution with a focus on concerts and bookings. This individual will coordinate across all marketing functions (e.g., media, creative, insights, digital, social) with internal stakeholders, external agencies and partners to ensure effective development and execution of marketing efforts in order to achieve business goals.
Specific Functions/Activities Summary
- Work in coordination with various departments (i.e. integrated media planning, sales, email, website and digital content teams) to implement strategy and execution increasing fan engagement and ticket sales for Concerts, Family shows, Performing Arts, Venue Tours and other projects and initiatives
- Manages daily marketing asset trafficking to internal and external outlets, this includes but is not limited to digital assets, signage, TV spots, audio and print files
- Facilitate approval process with internal concerts and bookings team and external Promoters/Artist Reps/Producers for all show collateral and marketing support
- Support activation of upcoming event content across all owned assets and partner assets
- Regularly update and manage tracking documents
- Create marketing recaps and decks for promoters, partners and for internal needs
- Track industry trends through research and share findings with team
- Participate in creative brainstorms to help deliver exceptional experiences to both the fan and artist
- Support reconciliation of marketing finances/budget, process invoices and work closely with Accounts Payable
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- 1–3 years experience in entertainment marketing or advertising with a strong background and interest in all genres of music, venue attractions and current pop culture
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- High level of energy, commitment, creativity and flexibility
