Job Summary

Duties

Event Financial supporting: Assisting to prepare estimations of labor & costs for concerts & one day events
Analysis support & Ticket reporting: Preparing & issuing of ticket sales daily/weekly with labor reports. There will also be coordinating across the business units to acquire required data for the reports.
Special Projects: Supporting any analytical requirements across the department
Financial transactions/commitments approval

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting
MS Excel proficiency with financial system understanding
Live entertainment industry experience preferred
Union environment experience preferred
