Job Summary
Duties
- Giving direction & required solution to HR staff about escalated matters
- Supporting/guiding HR staff about onsite investigations
- Assisting to review / approve escalated matters of employees
- Ensuring to respond to inquiries promptly
- Full cycle recruitment management
- Annual company wide/HR conference/HR onboarding coordination
- Gives continuous training for HR professionals
- All other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of solid employee relations
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
