Job Summary
General Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology or related field with one year of related experience in athletics. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:
Manages all aspects of equipment for all sports within the Department of Athletics, which includes but is not limited to planning, ordering, receiving, proper use and storage of equipment.
Manages all aspects of equipment for all sports within the Department of Athletics. Follows all university and state purchasing guidelines. Maintains inventory records and checkout of equipment to student athletes, as described by internal audit guidelines. Manages equipment maintenance and safety regulations to ensure safety guidelines are followed to protect student athletes. Packs and transports equipment for out of town athletic contests. Ensures that equipment meets all safety guidelines. Performs other related duties as assigned.
