Job Summary

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of administrative tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to assist with coordinating staff and other employees working events.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and knowledge of personal computer or MAC operations.
• Graphic skills are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to make solicitation phone calls to alumni and friends.
• Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
• Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community. 
• Ability to follow all university policies, procedures, and guidelines including but not limited to safety, civility, information security, and non-discrimination policies and procedures. 
• Ability to contribute to a positive university experience for each and every student, and assist in achieving the university's commitment to a "vision of excellence."

Education and Experience
Equivalent to four years of administrative support experience required. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for two years of experience. Previous experience in intercollegiate athletics desired. Prior experience working in an NCAA Division I environment preferred
