Ballpark Entertainment Manager

GAME DAY & EVENTS

·         Create graphics and videos for in-stadium video board including Highlight packages & pump-up videos

·         Headshots Sponsor graphics

·         Manage video production team

·         Create ballpark entertainment game scripts for all home games and manage schedule of pre-game and in-game elements (i.e. national anthem singers, first pitches, on-field contestants)

·         Provide maintenance for all Hooks production equipment and video displays Serve as point of contact for day of game activities, contests, and performances

PROMOTIONS

·         Oversee planning and execution of theme nights

·         Oversee ordering, storing, and giveaways of all promotional items Research and implement new on-field games and entertainment

MARKETING

·         Collaborate with marketing team on creative ideas and promotions Assist in implementation of video elements for theme nights

·         Work closely with Grass Roots Marketing Coordinator on in-game scheduling of mascots and promotions team

MISC DUTIES

·         Assist with non-game events Participate in tarp duties Other duties as assigned
