Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Daily support and administration of Salesforce users and processes including; user licenses and profiles, workflows, triggers, custom objects, configuration of page layouts, reports and dashboards
• Assist Sales teams in executing their Sales pipelines from lead distribution to goal management; create insightful reports to maximize ticket sales revenue, provide process improvements where needed
• Lead data governance policies and data management best practices in Salesforce such as account/contact hierarchies, de-duplication, standardization, data hygiene

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field 
• One to three years administrating Salesforce
• One to three years of experience in Sports, Entertainment or Ticketing
