Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the successful candidate will oversee overall operation of the Women’s Volleyball Program.

The Coach is responsible for building a successful team.

The Coach provides excellent leadership to the volleyball program by promoting team integrity, reliability, and good sportsmanship.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree
• Must have previous Volleyball Coaching experience 
• Must have knowledge of  NAIA  and/or  NCAA  rule and regulations
• Knowledge of  NAIA  Eligibility requirements and regulations
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills
