Job Summary

Position is responsible for working with internal and external individuals in all aspects of event coordination and preparation. Will serve as the liaison between teams and all departments throughout athletics and the university, as well as serve as main contact for assigned special events and games involving pre-planning and day-of coordination.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Sports Management.
• 1 year experience in Special Events, Collegiate or Professional Athletics.
• Completion of the Ambassador Program or comparable.
• Proficiency with various computer applications.
• Management skills/organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge with electronic lock software, credential program and day to day facility operations.
