Job Summary

Duties

• Helping to develop, direct, implement, supervise Athletic Programs of SMC
• Community college personnel communication in line with program activities
• Athletic activities supervising
• Managing, supervising & evaluating of staff in position
• Work with coaches & others to ensure public posting of statistics
• Cooperatively work with concerned personnel
• Helping to oversee Athletics Department
• Participatory governance participation
• All other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with a year of formal leadership experience/training
• Must be sensitive with cross cultural differences
• Previous athletic administration experience preferred
• Excellent organizational/communication skills preferred
