Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate mobile production trailer at each of the World of Outlaws Sprint car races and other events as necessary
• Direct live broadcast race coverage by live switching camera angles, adding graphics, inserting pre-produced content and other methods
• Maintain mobile production trailer so that production equipment is clean and in working order to minimize potential issues with live broadcasts
• Shoot additional video content at track as needed throughout the year
• Assist in the creation of and editing of post race highlights as needed
• Operate camera for race coverage at select events
• Ensure that live broadcasts are consistent productions and meet DIRTVision standards
• Design graphic elements for show use as needed
• Produce additional pre-recorded broadcast content as needed
• Work with team to help create a consistent archive of event footage
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years broadcast and video production experience
• Knowledge of and interest in short track dirt racing preferred
• High sense of ownership and personal accountability required
• Proven record of dependability and integrity
• Strong organizational skills necessary
• Good written and verbal skills
• Proven history of successfully handling multiple projects simultaneously
• History of and willingness to work in a team environment
• Able to maintain positive demeanor, even in highly stressful or demanding situations
