Coordinator of Facilities & Events

Job Summary

The position takes charge in management, administration/supervision of athletics facilities and events operations for the University. There will also be attending to the various functions of daily activities for all the athletics programs.

Duties

• Helping to supervise student staff
• Helping to manage athletic's department for its vehicle fleet & airport transportation
• Supervising of all conversions in the Center
• Helping to maintain and inventory of all equipment in events/facilities/community
• Serve as event manager for some campus events
• Selection of campus events
• All other tasks as directed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Strong skills in organization and communications
• Facility and event management experience preferred
