Job Summary

The position entails overseeing of the CRM system of the department along with its strategy and development. The position will hire someone who is proficient in using CRM and stay focused on the platform of Salesforce.

Duties

• Functional areas of leads/accounts/contacts maintaining
• Requirements managing & determining
• Work with ticketing/analytics & marketing for better reach & engagement of campaign
• Serve as the subject matter expert in relation to business support processes
• Visual layout maintaining & enhancement
• All other tasks as directed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Administration
• CRM experience
• MS Office proficiency
