HDC Systems Supervisor

Job Summary

The position entails the task of coordinating and managing all the aspects of building maintenance. He or she will take charge of buying supplies for building system as per the budget and policies of the company.

Duties

• Serving as working manager for functionality of the facility
• Must demonstrate and keep the highest ethical standards of the department
• Ensuring safety and comfort of student athletes/coaches/staff/visitors
• Conducting and overseeing of all repairs and maintenance
• All other related tasks as directed

Qualification (required)

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance (commercial/industrial)
• A year of experience in supervisory level and Direct Digital control

Preferred

• Building and security practices general knowledge
• Expert knowledge in system repairs
• Mechanical assembly & operations basic skills
