Job Summary

 

The position entails working full time and managing all the aspects of strength and conditioning office.It's utmost priority is to ensure collegiate experience of student athletes will create a healthy culture to encourage learning while developing.

 

Duties

  • Designing & implementing sturdy plans for strength & conditioning
  • Specialized training program preparation
  • Overseeing of varsity weight room
  • Annual budget preparation
  • Administrative records managing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of coaching experience (collegiate level)
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certified required
