Job Summary

• Assist in development and coordination of all in-game elements at each home game including, but not limited to, pre-game presentations, ballpark experiences, in-game contests and in-game recognitions.
• Assist with seasonal staff scheduling and management.
• Involved with the creation and development of in-game events and promotions.
• Assist with Scoreboard/Birthday & Anniversary Message feature.
• Fulfill program and media guide online/phone orders.
• Compile, enter and organize membership data for the Kids Club.
• Receive and reply to internal and external promotional inquiries.
• Other related duties as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Interest in gaining knowledge of promotions and ballpark productions.
• Able to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to work evenings , weekends and holidays, as required.
• Demonstrates creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Qualified applicants are required to be available to work all game days and major team events for the Baseball Season.
