Job Summary

The position entails the task of providing administrative assistance to the department with concentration on client contracts aspects

Duties

• Assists in sponsorship agreement fulfillment
• Help in preparing sales proposal
• Report developing to support sales initiatives
• Send out data to clients
• Help to fulfill corporate sales department needs
• All ticket requests handling
• On-field activities coordinating
• Help the staff in presentations
• All other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• College degree in relevant field
• Ticket or group sales experience preferred
• At least a year of experience in client services
• Strong MS Office skills particularly Excel and power point
