Job Summary

The position entails the task of promoting a positive image for the organization while enjoying guests' interaction. He or she will exclusively work with Premium Clubs and Suites guests to fulfill their needs.

Duties

• Meeting and greeting of guests
• Work with Suite Attendants and take care of the needs of the guests
• Ensuring guests' enjoyment
• Give information regarding local features
• Keep updated with needs and wants of the guests
• Promoting of future games/events/retail items to guests
• Give accurate directions as needed
• All other tasks as directed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent of military experience
• At least 2 years of customer service/hospitality role
• 18 years old or above
• Strong interpersonal/customer service skills
