Job Summary

The position entails the task of ensuring to give top notch guest experience all through the levels of Concession for Area.

Duties

• Take charge of the daily leadership of front liners
• Demonstrating of positive attitude during the entire shift
• Assessing, evaluating and coaching of front line colleagues
• Content management and pre-shift meetings delivery
• Stay responsive to emergencies
• Regulations and city codes monitoring
• Other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Supervisory experience
• Food and Beverage outlets working knowlegde desired
• Self starter
• Able to travel to other places as needed
