The position entails the task of critical management of the Human Resources analytics while reporting to give the company with insights of people and organization.

Duties

• Researching about the industry's best practices and benchmarks
• Presenting of comprehensive plan that can build the structure
• Organizational data analysis
• Give advance data support
• Take part in relevant projects like spreadsheets development
• Collaboratively work with People Practices of plan alignment
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Statistics
• At least 3 years of HRMS experience
• MS Office experience
• Strong skills in numerical and analytical
