Job Summary

The position entails the task of ensuring to provide exceptional guest experience all through the Arena.

Duties

• Daily supervising and leadership of building ad event security of employees
• Act as role model as front line colleagues
• Can work collaboratively with other departments during emergency situation
• Assessing/evaluating/coaching front line colleagues
• Content managing and pre-shifts meetings delivery
• Daily occurrences, incident reports, documentation logs preparation
• Highly responsive to emergencies
• Addressing of customer concerns
• Supervising tasks
• Other related duties

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Prior experience as security management
• Completed 2 years college level coursework
• Strong skills in communications
