Job Summary

The position entails the task of learning and using of ticketing system (Archtics).

Duties

• Help in the will call and window sales of ticket office during game day
• Processing and mailing of various ticket packages
• Internet sales fulfillment
• Helping to update, uploads and clean up of ticket database
• Attending to inbound/outbound calls
• Setting up of Box Office on game day
• Other tasks as needed
