Job Summary

Job Summary: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic but focused individual looking to work with our athletics program. This program requires the individual to have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude that will contribute to fun memories for our customers. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing first-class customer service
• Working to build generationally exceptional teams that compete for championships
• Measuring performance with specific objectives and metrics 
• Answering incoming calls at the switchboard and directing callers to the appropriate/correct party
• Maintaining and updating the event information notebook
• Recording the answering machine message at the end of each event 
• Notifying Dispatch that the Switchboard is closed 

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
