Job Summary

Job Summary: The Director of Athletics is a full time, professional staff position that reports to the Vice President and Dean of Students. The Director of Athletics is responsible for the administration of all the intercollegiate athletics programs of the college.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing vision and strategic planning for athletics
• Collaborating with the athletics staff to promote academic success, retention, and graduation for all student athletes 
• Serving as the face of athletics fundraising 
• Acting as the liaison between the Athletics Department and all service offices

Qualifications:

• Experience in personnel management, compliance, and operations
• Knowledge of fundraising and a commitment to the development of donor relationships
• Completion of a Master's Degree in Athletics Administration, Education Administration, or a related field
