Job Summary

The position entails the task of serving as the main receptionist at the Spring Training facility while delivering daily front line assistance.

Duties

• Organizing/screening the internal and external flow of communications
• Attending to incoming phone calls and handling of the inquiries
• Facility credentialing managing for the staff
• Coordinating/receiving of deliveries
• Welcoming of on-site guests
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in administration
• Strong skills in communications/customer service
• Flexible in varying work shifts
