Job Summary

The position entails the task of sporting events procurement.

Duties

• Scheduling and facilitating of all advisory board meetings
• Leading the event seeding and grant funding initiatives
• Identifying and developing of bids for tours and events
• Contracts development
• Ensuring to secure required permits with government entities
• Facility managers coordination
• Preparing and distribution of visiting team packets
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in sport tourism and event industry
• Strong skills in relationship building
• Strong skills in communication/negotiation/human relation
