Job Summary
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver best-in-class customer service to all guests of the ballpark
Assist guests by scanning and checking tickets (event or parking), greeting and directing ballpark guests, and answering questions offerings and policies
Resolve guest concerns and special requests within the framework provided via the handbook and training while upholding the Fan Code of Conduct
Promote a safe and enjoyable experience by identifying and reporting inappropriate behavior, safety risks or medical situations through functional hierarchy
Perform additional responsibilities as needed and as directed by supervisory personnel
Must be at least 18 years or older by Opening Day
Ability to work the minimum number of events per season (60) including days, nights, and weekends
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1-2 years hospitality or high-end customer service experience
Guest Service AmbassadorThis position will focus on delivering friendly service for our loyal fans. Guest Service Ambassadors are responsible for assisting guests at the gates and seating areas.
