Job Summary

Job Summary: oversee all soccer training and coach at least two teams. Some of the key responsibilities include managing a professional coaching staff (of up to six coaches), creating individual and team soccer development plans and supporting curriculum, managing team practice, game and tournament schedules, and fostering a positive teaching culture.  

Job Responsibilties:

• Setting and achieving Youth Training Goals with the Board
• Developing an age-appropriate training curriculum
• Leading all scheduling initiatives (league games, practices, fields, coaches, tournaments)
• Managing paid trainers
• Organizing Unique Training Events
• Assisting in promotional and marketing events for the Youth Club
• Ensuring completion and distribution of player seasonal evaluations

 Qualifications: 

• USSF “C” License or equivalent
• Completion of an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Education or Athletics
• Experience in coaching children
• Working competency with MS Office and Google Docs
