Job Summary

The position entails the task of administering the employee benefit programs with retirement plan as its main focus. He or she will also ensure that deductions and funding will be accurate with prompt remittance.

Duties

• Monitoring, updating and correcting 401k and retirement plan processing
• Vendor invoices monthly and quarterly processing
• Helping with administration and remittances of Health Savings Account
• Performing customer service front line for the department
• Fringe Benefit remittance process supporting
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 1 year of Benefits/Retirement plan experience
• Benefits administration and related laws familiarity
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Finance preferred
• Strong Excel skills
