Job Summary

The position entails the task of directing the soccer team intercollegiate level.

Duties

• Monitoring of recruitment needs
• Helping the athletes adhere to the eligibility needs/compliance paperwork
• Teaching about sport skill, condition and motivating of student athletes
• Attendance and academic progress monitoring
• Planning, preparing and administering of practice plans and game strategy plans
• Creating/organizing of off season/in season and post season plans
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or related field
• Coaching experience
• Strong skills in communications/interpersonal
• Valid driver's license
• Can work in varying work shifts
