Job Summary

The part time position entails the task of overseeing the athletic team intercollegiate level and leading the development and evaluation of the team and individual athletes.

Duties

• Recruiting of qualified athletes
• Strategy focused on District Wide Athletic Department implementation
• Help the players to reach utmost athletic potential
• Athletic program policy enforcement and maintaining
• Planning and directing student athletes training
• Helping to ensure National Junior College Athletic Association rules compliance
• Other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification
• Bachelor's degree required
• Coaching certificate preferred
• Strong skills in leading, planning, organizing
