Duties

• Leading the engagement initiatives and athletic fundraising
• Recruiting, managing and developing of coaching staffs
• Recruiting and leading effective administrative staff
• Maintaining of compliance with relevant government rules
• Periodical reviewing of athletic organization effectiveness
• Creating a healthy environment that can promote respect
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Master/advanced degree preferred
• At least 5 years of NCAA program experience required
• Valid driver's license
• Strong management skills to budget
