Stadium Culinary Nutrition Experiential Learning Internship

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Culinary Nutrition intern will assist the Executive Chef to maintain and operate the kitchen, assist in the preparation and production of healthy recipes/meals and provide accurate nutritional analysis on all recipes and menu development to meet identified criteria
• Work in all areas of food production within the Main kitchen facility
• It is expected that the intern use Culinary Nutrition knowledge gained to implement both nutritiously sound and high quality, creative menu choices and food demonstrations
• The intern will be responsible for maintaining the high standard cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas
• Additionally, the intern will have the opportunity to develop and execute cooking demonstrations
• Assists Executive Chef in Food Demonstration’s for pre-identified audience – gluten-free, low salt
