Job Summary

Position Summary:

The Retail Operations Event Staff is the public face of the this organization within our retail environments.  The Retail Event Staff is responsible for engaging with customers and providing excellent service.  The event staff will work to satisfy our guests’ needs and deliver results that exceed the store’s sales goals.  People who can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment will excel in this role. Product knowledge & register training will be provided.   

Qualifications & Requirements:           

• Work with customers to ensure a superior shopping experience
• Maintain sales floor appearance; products and displays
• Increasing store sales through up-selling and increasing units per transaction
• Continuously updating knowledge on new product launches
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, organized and great at multi-tasking
• Must be able to stay in one location for long periods of time
• Required to work extended hours, weekends and holidays according to the baseball/events schedule
• Cash handling experience preferred

  
Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:

• Customer Service and/or Retail sales experience is required
• Basic Computer skills
• Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
