Job Summary

The position will be providing the overall business support service in order to strengthen the current franchises and successfully launch new properties.

Duties

• Ensure to understand designated franchises that need assistance in sales and marketing areas
• Providing of total franchise sales or market analysis
• Designing of targeted plans that can manage variances of franchise business culture and expectations
• Give timeline for every market to know the implemented adjustments
• Scheduling and conducting of regional training sessions
• Take part in various meetings/seminars/conferences
• Help with any projects or efforts for Club Services
• Other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Data Analytics or related field
• At last 4 years of relevant experience in sports sales/marketing management
• Good background in sales and marketing
• CRM systems familiarity/experience
• Strong skills in communications and organizations
• Can work on varying work schedule
• Can legally work in the US
