Job Summary

Job Summary: The Athletics Director of Player Personnel will assist the Head Football Coach and Co-Recruiting Coordinators with overseeing the daily operation of the recruiting processes and provides support for student-athlete recruitment in the Athletics Department's Football program.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Coordinating the daily recruiting, operational, and logistical processes of the Football program
• Planning and supervising the execution of a twelve month vision of Recruiting Calendar
• Identifying, evaluating, collecting data and video, etc. on prospects to provide direction to the Coaching Staff through available and permissible sources 
• Monitoring permissible recruiting websites and providing them updates on committed prospects
• Overseeing and updating the recruiting list
• Monitoring the number of contacts and evaluations conducted by the coaching staff 
• Coordinating securing, evaluating, and filing of transcripts for selected prospects
• Planning and coordinating official and unofficial visits to campus
• Supervising the Graphic Design, Social Media Assistant and Recruiting Assistant

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree
• Experience ion the field

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Master's Degree
