Job Summary

The Chicago Bears are seeking highly-motivated individuals to join our inside sales team generating new ticket business in a temporary/seasonal capacity. This position entails working closely with Director of Ticket Sales & Service, Director of Ticket Operations, and Manager of Ticket Sales & Service to assist with the execution of various sales initiatives. This seasonal role is a 40-week position working 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities: - Solicit new ticket business by telephone (minimum of 80 phone calls per day) and email marketing - Generate sales leads through prospecting, networking, database marketing and referral gathering - Drive new ticket revenue through full-suite sales (including but not limited to Touchdown & Sideline Club seat sales, Club seat PSL sales, Club and non-Club group sales, Seat-Specific PSLs, Midway Season Passes and Season Ticket Priority List Deposits) - Service incoming requests for season and single game tickets - Provide exceptional customer service for Chicago Bears customers on the phone, in person, and through written communication - Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect to both our customers and colleagues - Work closely with internal departments regarding ticketing sales campaigns - Assist with other projects as deemed necessary by Director of Ticket Sales & Service, Director of Ticket Operations and Manager of Ticket Sales & Service
Qualifications (educational criteria, experience and other basic knowledge requirements): - Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Desire to work in Ticket sales and service with 1-2 years of relevant sales experience preferred - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Computer knowledge required; familiarity with Microsoft suite and CRM preferred - Drive to succeed in high-paced, revenue generating field - Must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and a team player - Able to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, including weekends
