Job Summary
The position entails the task of serve as the lead recruiter and to answer directly to the Head coach.
Duties
- Domestic and international travel
- Coordinating of all the aspects of recruitment
- Communication coordination involving the coaching staff
- Prospect communication plan development
- Official and unofficial visits arranging
- Budget creation and monitoring
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in coaching or equivalent experience and education combination
- Must pass the recruiting exam in NCAA
