Job Summary
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibility of a seasonal customer services representative will be to service all calls routed to the MLB Team.
This includes selling individual tickets, answering customer questions from A-Z and directing calls to the appropriate department. Ticket Services Representatives also provide assistance to other departments and projects as needed. This is an ideal starting point for individuals looking to begin a career within the MLB Team organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professionalism on the phone and in an office setting
- Outstanding sales and customer service abilities
- Flexibility a must; availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Excellent oral communication
- Computer proficiency-
- Ability to speak Spanish a plus
BASIC DESCRIPTION:
Part-Time Seasonal position, up to 40 hours per week availability preferable- Working in a call center environment.
Interacting and assisting with other departments within the organization
