Job Summary

The position will take charge in coordinating the daily operations of the venue.

Duties

• Managing and overseeing of all production, operation and sanitation of culinary operations
• Overseeing of culinary employees to ensure food quality and customer service
• Can set up and prepare all food items with opening and closing tasks
• Non food items for shifts set up
• Entering of all daily event sheets and daily reports
• Helping to staff, schedule and train event staff
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Culinary education professional training preferred
• Can interact with co-workers to ensure company standards compliance
• Food and beverage basic knowledge
• Can work on all venue events. long hours and weekends
