Job Summary

The position will take charge in the programs' growth and development to increase the numbers of those who take part of rugby.

Duties

• Strategic development to increase involved participants
• Ensuring to develop programs
• Assists in introducing the game rugby to the curricula
• Keep good relationship with the youth and adult Sports Organizations
• Liaising with the youth rugby organizations in the US
• Supporting inner city rugby initiatives development
• Developing and maintaining of development and education opportunities
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• 3 years of sports development administration experience
• 3 years of remote staff supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in related field
• Rugby player/coach/administrator experience
